CHCC Legal Counsel Melinda Guzman Re-Elected Independent Director to Federal Home Loan Bank Board of Directors

San Francisco—The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco Board of Directors has announced that Melinda Guzman has been re-elected by the members in the district to serve on the Board of Directors, effective immediately. Ms. Guzman was first appointed to the board of directors in 2007. Under federal regulations, independent directors must be elected to the board by members in the district. The district includes banks in Arizona, Nevada and California. Ms. Guzman was elected in 2009 and again this year.


 
San Francisco—The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco Board of Directors has announced that Melinda Guzman has been re-elected by the members in the district to serve on the Board of Directors, effective immediately.  Ms. Guzman was first appointed to the board of directors in 2007.  Under federal regulations, independent directors must be elected to the board by members in the district.  The district includes banks in Arizona, Nevada and California.  Ms. Guzman was elected in 2009 and again this year.  She will serve a four year term in accordance with federal finance agency regulations.
