Perez earns Honorary Degree SACRAMENTO, CALIF. – The California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce (CAHCC) congratulates its Chairman Roy M. Perez for receiving the Honorary Doctorate Degree of Humane Letters from San José State University. Since 1963, the university has awarded only 23 honorary degrees. On Wednesday, Perez become the twenty-fourth recipient in San Jose State University’s history to be conferred an Honorary Doctorate Degree. |
